How to create a filter which will show Parent tickets doesn't contain a specific type of Subtask?

Parent ticket is Problem Report (PR)

Type of SubTask is Approve Subtask (V Ticket)

 

I would like to know the list of parents tickets which do not have a sub task ticket

There is not a native solution for this.

Do you have access to any third party apps that extend the searching JQL options, like Adaptavist Scriptrunner? If you don't have any currently, is your company willing to purchase such an app?
