I would like to create a board showing the bugs reported with statistics in Jira and confluence to have a quick board to see how many bugs I have in status like critic, important, medium or low. At the same time, I would create a statistic or report showing to the team how many critical, important, medium, or low bugs we have per week or monthly.

what-is-a-jira-dashboard - here you will find a number of articles that help explain Dashboards and how to use. These are quite useful to illustrate to the team how they are doing.
I would suggest starting with a Jira dashboard and create something that really works for your team and then go to Confluence and see if you can replicate the important aspects of your Dashboard. To add Jira gadgets simply click on the "+" menu item and select "view more" at the bottom of the dropdown.
Last time I really paid attention to this, the Jira Dashboard certainly presented more gadget options over Confluence so if you find that Confluence doesn't give you what you need then consider adding a link in your Confluence page to the Dashboard.
