Hi everyone. I have an active workflow in cloud jira. Now I want to add some transitions from one state to another. When I click on the "Add" transition it says "You cannot perform this operation on a draft workflow". I have been advised to copy the workflow do my changes and then activate them. Please advise the best solution. Also, how do I copy the workflow and how do I do workflow changes and then publish.
