How to connect Crucible and JIRA while using only one Project inside JIRA?

Joerg Baldzer May 13, 2012

Hi,

we have currently this issue:

  • We are using JIRA, Greenhoper, subversion and Crucible/Fisheye.
  • Inside our JIRA there exist only one backlog project with >10.000 issues and >1.000 versions.
  • In Crucible we defined for every svn project an own project.

Problem:

The connection between JIRA and Crucible is based on a one-to-one relationship between projects. It is not possible to link projects based on different criterias.

Question:

Is it possible to use a filter or a different plugin to connect a Crucible project to JIRA issues?

Thanks

Jörg

Hi Joerg,

It is possible to create a link from same JIRA project to more than one Crucible Projects or FishEye repositories. But it's not possible to link a Crucible Project to different JIRA issues without having the link with project created. In other words linking process is always from Projects to Projects/Repositories not from Issues to Projects/Repositories.

Cheers,

Leonardo.
