Hi community,
I'm stuck on how to configure the "right site" section of the issue type layout?I ran over this article (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-field-layout-in-the-issue-view/) so far so good, but this only describes how to add / pull off fields etc. from existing sections (such as Details). In my case I'm facing now to "automatically" added new sections.
--> In know the meaning of them, but no actions around this happened!
1) Where do these come from - I guess due to any release push?
2) How can I get rid of them? (configuration option?)
3) How can I prevent such "surprises" in the future.
Our users are getting irritated by such "pushes".
Sorry for my lack of knowledge, but I'm really stuck with my so far existing capabilities of configuration:-(
Asking for advice.
Cheers Andreas
HI @Faul Andreas ,
I'm not quite sure about the image that is shown in the picture, although you can control your Atlassian product updates using this https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/manage-product-release-tracks/. I'll try to add answers to the other questions below:
1) Where do these come from - I guess due to any release push? : Not sure
2) How can I get rid of them? (configuration option?) : Check the Add-ons on your site, and see if you find any app that might schedule work or give updates about the status
3) How can I prevent such "surprises" in the future. : Limit the site-admin (Org Admin) access to few users that can handle the site

Another way that might help identify the source of the tab would be the "Browser UI Inspect". Here you can pin point on the element and try to find the source.

Hope this helps, if you do figure out the Tab's source please do post it here too for reference.
Hi @Faul Andreas ,
Just wanted to check if the answer helped, if this helped please can you mark this as "Accepted" so that it's more visible to the community.
If you were able to find a different solution to this, please feel free to post that too, so that more people can benefit from the answer.
