We'd like to check when exactly the log was made by the user to know whether he's done it recently or on time. Is it even possible using Tempo?
Additionally to the information shown in the worklogs tab of the issue, you can see the Log delay (in days) in Tempo Reports.
To do this, please go to Tempo, Reports. The option to add the Log delay information can be added when the report is grouped by "Worklog". The column can then be added via the "view" dropdown (next to the "Group by" field).
Please take a look at https://help.tempo.io/cloud/en/tempo-timesheets/generating-reports/viewing-the-data-in-reports.html, "Adding and Removing Columns and Work Attributes).
Best regards,
Susanne Götz

Do you mean the work log? Those have date and time that they were created/updated stamped on them, you can see it in the issue's work logs.
