How to change JIRA access to JIRA ticket instead of Search menu page?

When I click on a JIRA link to a ticket it goes to the Search menu that list all the JIRA issues instead of the specific JIRA ticket link. Is there some default behavior users can modify?

Here's a link example to a JIRA ticket in our setup.

When the JIRA link is selected for the first time in the browser, JIRA will bring us to a general search page results and not the specific link for the JIRA ticket GR-1018 in this example.

If the original JIRA link is resubmitted again, it'll go to the specific JIRA page. But this doesn't work on the first try. If another JIRA link is selected after this, it'd go to that link correctly.

@ppun Welcome can you give a link example that your are selecting that is causing that behavior?
