How to bulk upload a list of issues from a CSV?

I've got a list of issues from Github that I want to put into a Next-Gen Jira project. I am unable to locate any bulk upload or data upload feature in the Next-Gen UI.

 

The help article that is posted here, directs to navigation features that are not available in the current UI:

Any pointers or suggestions would be most helpful. Thanks.

Hi Brian - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

It might be that the global permission for bulk changes is not set. Got to Settings > System > Global Permissions.

Then look for the Make bulk changes permission to see who can make those. 

Once that is set, you should be able to follow the article above.
