How to automatically create a Jira request or issue once the request is submitted in Sharepoint ?

We have Sharepoint Request Forms.
The Sponsor creates a Request in Sharepoint request form.
We want a Jira Ticket/Request/Bug to be created automatically when they create a Request in Sharepoint.

Can you tell me if this possible ?

If so whats the approach we have to follow ?

Hi @P Sanjay , welcome to the Community. I have not integrated Sharepoint but basically you would need to leverage the Jira API . There is a similar question posted that you will find just to the right under Related Community Content - Create-JIRA-issue-from-SharePoint-Work-Request . I would also suggest searching the Community for other posts and check the Marketplace for an addon that might provide a solution that would not require leveraging the api if that is a non-starter for you.
