Hi
We are setting up Jira Service Desk, but found there is no place to send attachment(s) when setting status to "Resolve Issue" as the POP-UP window doe not allow.
Is there another process or way to send attachment (document etc) to reporter/Cusotmer after resolution of request.
Anurag
Hello @Anurag Vaishnav ,
Please add the "Attachment" field on the Transition screen.
I just tried, the above.
Thanks,
Anvesh Kagithala

Okay,
1. Go to your project settings
2. go to workflows
click on the "pencil" icon on the required workflow.
Select the required Transition which is connected to "RESOLVED".
After that click on the "Screen"
Add the attachment field.
Publish the workflow.
