How to associate screen with a transition in JIRA Free version?

In Jira Free version, we have different transition and statuses. we want to associate different screens with different transitions. How to do that?

Hi @Yadi 

Please follow the below steps to add a screen to a transition 

Once you select edit workflow and in the workflow diagram click on  the transition  you want to add the screen once you clicked like shown in the screen shot you get this screen in the right corner in that select the edit option 

Then in this new screen you can see an option called screen in that screens drop down you can select which screen you want  to add and save it then publish the workflow  

Like this you can do for all the transition to add the screen
