Hello @Hurry Calingacion ,

Unable to select the intended user when assigning a issue?

Hello @Ollie Guan

This is specifically adding users and roles to a project, however upon entering their emails I couldn't find them. It just shows suggested emails/users but none of them I need.

Thanks!

Hi @Hurry Calingacion ,

You need to check two configurations in the system.

1.Jira settings-> Global Permissions-> Browse users and groups

https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/managing-global-permissions-776636359.html

2.Project settings-> Permission-> Assignable User

Hi @Ollie Guan

It is now working via Item #2.

Thank you very much for the help.

Hi,

You have to add them in jira-users group and them you can browse them in to the project.
