We have custom fields that we wish to add to our email notifications but we cannot find how to add custom fields to outbound email on Jira OnDemand. Is there a way to add custom fields to email notifications for Jira OnDemand?

I'm sorry to say that it isn't possible to customise the outgoing emails for OnDemand instances because this is a restricted function on the OnDemand platform, as it requires customisations that aren't permitted on the platform.
