How to add, to a description field, html formatted data through direct HTML links in Jira Server

Hi,

For description is says that only Plain Text data can be added to Description like below:

'this+is+the+description'

How to get the data displayed in the description like this, for example:

''this is the description, please fill in:

• Your name
• Your DOB

Thank you"
