I use JIRA 4.4.1 and Green Hopper 5.7.4.
I added two more issue types in JIRA. But these are not available in Agile planning board.
How to add this to Agile ?
Guys,
This is fixed.
The issue was, I disabled versionning in some projects.
Thanks, Vishnu
One other thing no-one has asked yet, but is worth ruling out. Your new issue types - are they sub-tasks? They can only be created underneath top-level issues, so they don't appear on the create menu in GH (or Jira for that matter)

Nic,
These are not sub tasks.

Vishnu, change your view to "project overview" and check whether they are visible. While adding the new card, did you select any fixversion for the issue?

Renjith,
I tried all options like 'Project Overview', assginee etc.
I haven't selected any Fix versions.

I assume that the two issue types aren't associated to the GreenHopper Issue Types Scheme. Just go to "Manage Issue Types", select the second tab "Issue Types Schemes" and associate the two issue types to the GreenHopper Scheme.
Hope that helps,
Sebastian

GreenHopper just picks up the same list of issues types which are available to the project you have selected. So if you can't see it in Green Hopper I would suggest that the either:
Do any of these help?

All issue types are available in the project home page. I can create all issue types.

Ok, so when you go to the Planning Board and you have selected your project.....
There is the normal "Create Issue" at the right end of the menu bar.... is the current project selected? Do you see the full list of isssue types?
Then, look at the "New Card" button in (next to views / Tools on RHS). Click it & you will get a pop up.
In the drop down on the top LHS should be the list of issue types & should be the same as the "create issue" list of issue types.
If it isn't either there is something not in the problem description or your Jira/GH is very broken, or your Browser is caching information, page reffresh maybe?

Matthew,
Thanks for the help.
I see all issue types at the 'Create Issue' and at the 'new Card' operations.
I created new card. Even this issue is not in the planning board.
Thanks, Vishnu.

Is the context that you are using including the appropriate filters (or issue types) that you want to display?

Yes, the context is set up to take all issue types.

May be an obvious question, are the numbers of issues in your planning board too high that they are displayed in multiple pages?

No, this is not the issue here. Because, I can see the count of issues in this context at right side.
There the count doesnt include new issue types.

Hi Vishnu,
Can you attach a screenshot as it may give us a clue what is happening without asking even more questions?

Can you also show us the card that was created for this test? Since you can't see it in GH, you will be able to find it via the Activity Stream on the project home page. I want to see the ID & the details you entered.
Can you also run the following JQL searches & tell us how many issues are returned
project="Sandbox Project" and fixVersion is empty
project="Sandbox Project" and fixVersion is empty and resolution is empty
