How to add external gadgets to Dashboard Hub app?

I installed Dashboard Hub app to my Jira Instance. It's cool, but it don't have some needed features. For example, I want to use https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1223552/spiderview?hosting=server&tab=overview inside Dashboard Hub.

Is it possible to install this plugin into Dashboard Hub?

Welcome to the community.

These are 2 different apps you speak about. It's not that all apps on the marketplace work together. Apps are made by different companies, the apps works with a specified Atlassian application.

Don't expect this app to work in another app. You could reach out to the vendors and see if they will work together, but don't assume it will.

Also check if an app will work on your instance, not all apps are available for Server, Data Center and/or Cloud

This is Gorka, PM for Dashboard Hub :) You cannot add the Spiderweb gadgets to a dashboard from Dashboard Hub.

However, you can add all Dashboard Hub gadgets to a native Jira dashboard. If Spiderweb provides a gadget on its own, you can add that to a native Jira dashboard too, so you have both, Dashboard Hub and Spiderweb, capabilities in a single dashboard.
