Hello There,

I have a requirement to add a custom field called Customer Project. For each Jira project, the customer project field options will always vary.

Example:

In Jira Project #1:

Customer Projects: Apple, Samsung, LG, etc

In Jira Project #2:

Customer Projects: GE, Emerson, Snieder Electric, Siemenes.

How can I achieve this configuration? I thought of introducing customers through component, but it is not right placeholder as a component can be my Application modules in the product development.

Thanks

This is possible to do by creating a different field configuration for each project. See here for how to do this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/adding-editing-and-deleting-a-field-configuration-844500796.html
