How to add a comment in jira as another user through jira api?

I have an atlassian account. My need is to automatically add comments in the jira as the user who posted it in slack. i have the user's atlassian id. but i cannot able to add comment as that user. the comment always added as the user whose email and api key i provded for authentication. is it possible to add comment as another user using their atlassian id ?

No you can't. 

For the API you require the id and the related api token for this user. This can only be made by the user.

Currently its only possible to use this feature within apps that are build for the Cloud platform, no as a basic API function.
