I believe the problem disappears when you open a new project it goes to the menu you mentioned. I tried with a new project and follow steps

@Irfan_Javeed I see from your screenshots that you are using a next-gen project.
At present, next-gen projects in Jira do not support Zephyr Test issue type. This feature request is already tracked by Atlassian: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-70685
You can try to contact Zephyr Support directly if they have any update on this feature request.
The only workaround for this is to create Standard Project and move all the items from Next-Gen one to this destination, and then you would be able to add the Zephyr issue type to this project.
