How to add Text field to a Description Field in a Next-Gen Project

For Story Issue Type, I am able to create fields under Context fields and Hide Fields Below.  However I have not been able to create a Text field under the Description fields.  When I move a Text field Icon (Aa Text) to the Description field area, the Context field area is highlighted.  When I drop the text field, it is placed under the Context fields and not under the Description fields.  Not sure what I am doing wrong or if it can be done.

Hi Roger,

Currently, when using the new issue view it's not possible to add fields under the description, this is only possible using the old view.

There is a feature request suggesting to add this option for the new issue view:
