Hey Mike,

if you want to add reports to Dashboard - go to Dashboard, click Edit and choose a Gadget

You can add "Sprint burndown" that will show you what you see in Reporting for current sprint.

As for other reports - there is no "default" way to show them or link them here - but there are work-arounds

One is using other useful gadgets that are not exactly same as "Reporting" but give other useful information

  • days remaining in sprint (Scrum)
  • filter results - you can create a filter that shows all the issues in a current sprint on worked on in Kanban
  • issues in progress
  • Sprint health
  • time in status - that is great when you look for bottlenecks

2nd option would be using the gadget to show filter results or two dimensional filter gadget and use that to show the information you need after creating the filter first.

  • I used that option to show velocity in the past

3rd option is buying some JIRA plug-in that adds option of showing certain reports directly on the Dashboard

Another option is to export the reports as images. However, this is not useful as an ongoing dashboard... this is more useful in situations such as creating a presentation to report on a project
