Hello.
It happened that my Atlassian was unable to bill me for a subscription so they suspended Jira Software, Service Desk & Timesheet Subscriptions. Now I've added the new card and need all the suspended subscriptions to be reactivated with all data that was in these systems.
I have created a Support Ticket 24 Hours back, but there is no response. Is there a way to contact them by phone, since its affecting our operations.
Update: Received a Response from Customer Advocate after 30 Hours stating that all the Cloud Services have been restored with immediate effect.
When I checked all the suspended subscriptions were reactivated. I guess the only option is to create a support ticket and wait for their response.
