How to Remove Story points duplication

We are using Enterprise version 7.6.14 version jira , 

We have 3 story point field , in our system .

Story point = system field .

Story point = custom field 1 .

story point  = custom filed 2  . 

On confusion caused , User used most of these 3 fields for defining their  values , Now we are in trouble to make this field as one without affecting any project values on story fields . 

Any suggestion please on possibilities to sort it out ? If any possible to make this possible  thru scripts ?

You can use ScriptRunner which has a built in script called "Copy Custom Field Values".  This would allow you to copy values to the "correct" Story Points field, then remove the old one from your screens and replace with the right one.

For huge project its not working For example , For each board estimation statistics we are in position to change so values and reports  are changing its not as expected  . Any one have any other ideas ? please share
