How to Export my filter to Excel Automatically Once/day?

Hi Team,

We are on JIRA Cloud, I am looking to auto export my filter to CSV daily once, I hope which is possible in JIRA Server with using Better Excel Automation for Jira but this is not supported in Cloud instance,

Kindly let me know any plug-in is their to achieve this in Cloud.

Hey Nagaraju,

The Exporter plugin for Cloud offers some additional options for exporting CSVs. However, I didn't find any mention of scheduled exports in their documentation.

A couple options you could pursue:

1. Atlassian's own integration with Google Sheets rolled out recently. This actually has the advantage of being always up to date instead of just daily! Our product team is actively answering questions and taking feedback on this Community post.
2. Another marketplace add-on does something similar with Sheets. I can't personally vouch for this one as I haven't used it, but the reviews on Marketplace are usually a good place to start when evaluating add-ons.

@Musku Nagaraju I just wanted to announce that the Better Excel Exporter app you mentioned is now available for Jira Cloud!

It allows exporting Excel reports as part of a Jira Cloud automation rule and supports the Scheduled trigger (among others):
