Following is the scenario:
There's State in Workflow, "Review of Unit Test Case". If defects are identified during review, each with different Priorities and Details.
How to Capture these details during Transition, I see two options:
1. Automation
2. Create Screen for each defect. It can be multiple with same fields like , Priority, Details, Associate Files/ Code, Details, Due Date. Trigger this during transition.
One of the issues is it could be multiple.
Please advise, the strategy / solution.
