How to Copy comments of linked tickets from different Jira server

We are having two Jira servers be it Jira1 and Jira2. I have linked ticket-1 (from jira1) and ticket-2 (from jira2). so if there is any comment added in ticket-1 should be copied to ticket-2.

Am aware we can draft an automation rule to accomplish this, but how could I able to enable that rule between two Jira servers.

Or if there is any other way to accomplish this pls let me know.
