How relates Atlassian Studio and Atlassian OnDemand?

Is it just rename/rebrand or there are some significant changes in platform?

That said, there is nothing that was available in Studio thats not available in OnDemand - OnDemand is Studio + a la carte and a whole bunch more.

And studio will be phased out as well
