How is the Customer Fix Priority (CFP) score determined? What is the weight of each response within the 4 scoring categories.

For example; what scores are given to the below:

  • Customer Response:
    • None 
    • 1-Extreme 
    • 2-Strong 
    • 3-Mild 
    • 4-Minimal 
    • 5-Don’t Know
  • Defect Severity:
    • Critical
    • Major 
    • Minor 
    • Marginal
  • Frequency:
    • 1-Constant
    • 2-Regular
    • 3-Occasional 
    • 4-Rare
    • 5-Don’t Know
  • Reproducibility:
    • 1-On Demand
    • 2-Frequently
    • 3-Occasionally
    • 4-Randomly
    • 5-Only Once
    • 6-Don’t Know

Hi @Terrie Grusnis welcome to the community.  I could be wrong, but this sounds like some custom functionality your site has build into your Jira application.  It's probably using several custom fields and then a calculation from there.

Do you have a System Administrator that might be able to assist you with this to look at the custom fields?
