I am trying to understand how the 'Time In Source Status' column is calculated because it looks like it is way off.
For example I have an issue that claims
However, when I look at the 2 transition on the history tab it tells a completely different story.
the first transition looks like this
and later 
then the second transition
and a long time later
The second transition is ~7 weeks long. So why is the Transition tab only showing 4 days? Even if it only counted working hours (ours are M-F) it should still be much more than 4 days.
We are using Jira Cloud
