How do you populate multiple fields in Jira when creating issues from a table in Confluence?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
We are using the Jira macro to create issues from a table in Confluence and want to populate multiple required fields with data from columns of the table when using the create multiple issues from table option. The summary and description fields provide a drop-down to choose the column to populate from. All other required fields only appear as a text box which does not work when creating multiple issues.
