How do you make a field required in a form?

Hello, 

Thanks in advance for any help or insight!

For clarity, this is for a form NOT a project or issue. I haven't been able to find any information specific to forms.

I can see this is from last year but to answer -

If you go to the form you want to require a field on, click the ellipses to the right of the form name, select edit.

Then highlight the field you want required.

There's an option on the right to select labeled Validation.

Click on the option below it that says response required.

You can setup required fields in two ways
