How do you create a link to open in new tab from an excel spreadsheet

Quick background.  We have a Jira coded page in which we have linked an Excel Spreadsheet with a quick find/search to obtain information easily.  The Excel sheet includes links to access tools within our team, Right now, the link goes to the website, no problem.  However, we'd like it to open the link in a new tab.  Is that possible?

@Theresa Sawtelle I do not believe that there is any way to specify a link in excel to open up a new tab in a browser.
