How do you alter the "Contact us" section of the customer portal page?

Hi! Tech January 18, 2021

A user wants to add an additional section to the "contact us" section below (outlined in red). I can see how to edit the announcement and introduction text, but these tabs below. Where do you make this edit? And what permissions would a user need to make this change?

It seems like you want to add some text under the list of Request types (red box)? If so there are no provisions for that today.

There is no way to add information below the request types.  You can add an announcement banner, intro text, request type description and text at the top of the request types but that is as far as the customizations go.  At the portal level you need to be a project administrator.
