How do i  switch off Jira email alerts for a particular project lead/project member , for all his/her projects?? What will be its impact and how can this be achieved?

Hi @Priyanka Khare,

I think the easiest way is to modify the mail notification scheme without triggering any notification from the particular use.

To switch off the jira mail alerts for the particular user ..first, you need to copy/create a Notification scheme and remove that user from all the Issue events and associate this Notification scheme to all the projects which that user does not want the mail alert.

Also, Disable/turned off notify me from the User profile.

If you turned off the mail alert that particular user does not receive any email notifications from jira.
