How do i create a validation for a textbox with multiple options

I'm creating a workflow for my team and we've discussed and come up with that we want a texbox field at the begining of a transition (i've created a transition screen with a custom checkbox that has 5 options) to check. 

The texbox will have multiple options and needs a validation for if all options are checked then you can procced to the next status, if not then you stay. 

we dont have the knowledge to script anything, so i wonder if there is a workaround (without script or add-ons) to validate that all options are checked before you are able to procced to the next status.

Consider creating 5 separate custom fields and making each required.
