When i config my Jira and Confluence, i did not have a name to identify my team but now, i want to match its BASE URL to our new brand name. How do i change the BASE URL? When i go to the section where this param is set, it seems that i can not change it.

I am assuming that you are using the Atlassian cloud. If that is the case then your base url has to match the url presented by your OnDemand account, and that cannot be changed. You can arrange with support to get a new OnDemand account with the new url you want and then export and import.
