×There was a bug reported in issue JIRAAUTOSERVER-235 that was resolved in 10.4. We are using the Cloud version of the Atlassian Suite. We are experiencing the bug mention in the ticket.
1. How do I know if and when a bug fix gets implemented in the Cloud version we are using?
2. How do I find the Cloud version number for reference?
3. Does our Cloud instance automatically get version updates or do we have to initiate them? If we have to initiate them, what is the process for this?
Hi @Dan Spearing ,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
The code base for Cloud and Data Center are completely separate, so if something gets fixed in DC it does not automatically get fixed in Cloud and vice versa.
Cloud does not have a version, new releases happens constantly. As an admin you can see what is coming to your instance if you go to admin.atlassian.com and check admin Product updates under Products. And unless you have selected to change your release track you will automatically get updates as soon as they are available.
