How do I use version / issue hierarchy in JIRA Studio?

I'm unable to set parent version to a version or add a task as a subtask to a story.

I suspect that this is because it says

Issue Link type: Hierarchy plugin not installed.

under the GreenHopper tab in administraton.

How do I proceed?

Please raise an issue at support.atlassian.com so we can have a closer look and better understand what you're trying to achieve.

I have a feeling that it should be possible - Although the plugin is indeed not installed.
