How do I setup JIRA and Email integration

When I submit an Issue to Atlassian I noticed that the dialog between me and the support personell is captured as comments in the Issue. What is required for this to work? We are currently on JIRA download version 5.2.

Will give you the basic email handling functionality that is bundled with JIRA. If you want more than that, there is also JEMH.
