How do I set up milestones in a plan?

@mahesh_kalla Welcome to the Atlassian community

You will need to work with your Jira admin to make this happen.  They will need to create an issue type of Milestone and ensure it is associated with your project(s) that you would like to use it in.  Then you will need to configure custom hierarchy levels in your plan.  https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-custom-hierarchy-levels-in-advanced-roadmaps/ You can then group work into those milestones on your plans.

Basically, it's not possible to have Milestones yet but you can vote on and follow the suggestion here https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-91595
