How do I search an issue based on Release Date?

This is very useful for us to create a quick filter to find a latest released issues by release date other than the version number. By doing this;

1) We don’t need to modify the quick filter change the version number

AA Ability view the latest released issues on Rapid Board

Is it possible?

There is an open feature request : JQL function to see if a fixVersion has a release date defined - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-25948
