How do I print cards on different paper sizes such as 5x7

I want to print cards to index cards but it seems the print card feature is limited. I only can print to letter size and then only can choose 2,6,8,12 on each page. I only want one for each index card. I was reading a few releases ago where this was possible in the release notes but I can't seem to see how it is done. I am currently using Greenhopper release 5.6.5.

The choices of 2,6,8, and 12 is nice if I could say, print to avery labels or something, but even then, the format is not correct. Can somebody please help?

A solution for printing index cards is to export the JIRA issues to Excel and use a generator like Henrik Kniberg's Index Card Generator
