Hi I am currently using Jira to manage our scrum meetings and it is working well.
Our company is in manufacturing and we will be rolling out 5S.
Part of this is setting tasks to employees which they need to complete weekly and mark off that they are done.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to manage this within jira or Jira add-on?
You could list the Tasks in Team Calendars for Confluence? This can reference Jira issues as events.
Please note though, Team Calendars is now only available with Data Center - I wasn't sure if you had Server or DC!
Other, server-based app options can be seen on the Marketplace, for example - look at the options under this search.
Are these recurring tasks?
If yes, I'd consider if automating their creation each week with a due date would be useful!
