Hi there! This article shows a different view of the timeline to what I have:

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/what-is-the-timeline-view-and-how-do-i-use-it/

image.png

It includes issues that change colour when complete, who the issue is assigned to and check marks on completed issues visible on the duration bars. My timeline doesnt  have these features. How can I get them?

Here is my timeline. Its in darkmode fyi, and Ive hidden private information.

Thank you!

Hey there,

I believe the issue here is that the timeline in the first screenshot you referenced is from a Jira Work Management project and the screenshot from your time is from a Jira Software project. There are slight differences in functionality between the projects so in Jira Software, you'll get the resolution (Done, Rejected, etc) rather than a check mark.
