welcome to the Atlassian community!

Projects can be categorized and you can use categories in order to have a structure across projects.

BTW, you need to specify more details about your needs about that structure.

Hi @Amandeep and welcome to the community!

You can't link any projects with another with a relationship parent child. This relationship exists(out of the box) only when you have a task (standard issue type) and a subtask. In addition you can create a link type parent/child and then create linked issues to/with any issue type.
