How do I get the Development panel to update branches/pull requests now?

Using JIRA OnDemand (I guess at least 6.2 with the new Development panel), the list of associated branches/pull requests/etc is sometimes not updated for appears to be >24hrs, if at all. This is true even for branches created by using the Create Branch link from the JIRA issue.

The Commitsseem to update faster, or at least I have not seen them take quite as long to update.

Is there a way to force JIRA to refresh the branches/pull requests from bitbucket?
