I have a custom built plugin that allows external users to create tickets in a portal. Part of the functionality is to allow "comments" to display to the end user. However, I only want "external" comments from the Service Desk project to display to the end users. Currently both comments are displaying in the plugin. I only want the external "Share with customer" comments.
I'm not an expert buyt I can only assume that "internal" or "external" is nothing but a comment property. Try checking that.
