I'm trying to submit trouble tickets to the JIRA support desk instance that our company runs and I'm running in cross site security problems. So, how do I get JIRA to respond properly to the requests so that I can submit the tickets to Jira.
I don't think you can, you're stuck with what Atlassian deem fit to respond with on a shared hosted platform (it won't be adjusted for your specific requirements it'll be a standardised response for everyone). You might be able to handle it by adjusting your CORS handling in your application.
If you see this as a bug in Cloud JIRA, then it's worth raising with support directly.
