I'm having a problem where projects in Jira get moved from one board to another and won't update the related tag and ticket in FreshDesk. The FreshDesk support link doesn't seem to consistently "bring over" linked tickets when it's moved between boards. Is this a tag issue or some kind of syncing issue? Is there a way for me to change this so linked FreshDesk tickets don't get "lost" when moving between Jira Boards?

How exactly did you integrate Jira with FreshDesk? If you are using some application, which one and how does your configuration look like?
What do you mean by move from one board to another? Is it possible you are moving issue from one project to another?
