I would like to generate a report with a graphical representation just like the status review pie chart on the summary page , which shows the status of the issues assigned to one team member.

Is this possible? if yes how ?

Hi @Rifath tasneem,

If you want to generate the workload based on Time Spent, Original Estimate or Current estimate, then use the Workload Pie Chart gadget as advised by @John Funk - this gadget can generate statistics only by time fields. But, if you want to generate stats by number of issues in each status, just use the Pie Chart gadget instead of Workload Pie Chart gadget and configure it by Status.

If you have more than one assignee to display, you will need a filter and one gadget for each assignee - so more manual work.

This gadget will display individual statuses, not only status-categories ("To Do", "In Progress", "Done"), which might be an inconvenient.

You could also try Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget and Issue Statistics gadget of Jira.

If you want all the assignees displayed in one single gadget and the statistic by Status Category instead of Status, then you could look for apps on Atlassian Marketplace that provides more advanced pie charts.

if you consider the idea of an app, our Great Gadgets app has a Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget that can be a good solution for tracking single assignee or all assignees in one single gadget, by individual statuses or by status categories in form of pie charts or table.

Hi Rifath - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Create a filter for the assignee. Something like

assignee = Steve Johnson

or assignee = 712020:abda8b2a-5b87-4c67-bb68-736dd0d9d503 where that's the account ID of the user.

Save that filter, then use the filter in the Workload Pie Chart.
